Our Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Marrakesh Market.

  1. SCOPE

These terms and conditions contain the agreement between you ('You' or 'Customer') and Marrakesh Market ('We', 'Us', 'Our' or 'Company').  The terms and conditions are the contractual basis for your use of any of the services provided via this website, on-site and on our related social media platforms. You form a contract with us when you make an order or use our services, so please read these terms carefully. 

 

   2. DEFINITIONS

"We, Us, Our or Company" are the terms used to describe your contractual partner, i.e. Marrakesh Market Limited. 

" You or Customer" are the terms used to describe anyone who visits our website/social media accounts/site, buys our products or uses any of our services. 

"Social Media Accounts" are our accounts on social media platforms, e.g. Instagram, Facebook, etc. 

"Agreement" is the contract of use between you and the company. 

"Force Majeure" are events that are beyond our reasonable control and we claim no responsibility over them. 

 

    3. PRODUCTS

The description of products is as set out in the website, social media accounts and on any other forms of advertisement. 

In the case of products being made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate. 

 

    4. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT METHODS:

The deposit payment is always half of the total quote. Deposits and payments can be completed via cash or debit card.

The rest must be paid before collection/delivery. 

 

 

    5. RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENTATION:

After provision of deposit, we send one document containing the receipt, terms and conditions, and chosen materials (fabric, wood design, etc.) electronically.

 

    6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Based on your contract with us, we reserve the right to cancel orders during extenuating circumstances. We will notify you of such change as soon as possible via the contact information you have provided. However, we do not claim responsibility over any changes or costs incurred as a result. Although we ensure a good partnership with our suppliers, we have no control over their own conditions. Subject to the suppliers’ terms and conditions, you will have a choice of:

     A) Accepting the change of arrangements and waiting until issue is solved,

     B)  Accepting an alternative offer if available.


 

​We strive to offer our customers the best possible service and experience, but sometimes, things don’t go as planned. In case of dissatisfaction, please do get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
